• Description: Turtles hold a special place in the hearts of many ocean lovers. It’s so exciting to come across a turtle eating on a reef! They blend in so well yet have such a presence. A graceful sight to behold when they swim away. Crystalline ocean water full of life and effervescence is the inspiration behind this painting. When I painted this piece I imagined transparent seas where the water is so light filled that it is almost clear. Bubbles abound as marine life stirs and eager scuba divers delight in their activities.

Dolphin Paradise

• Description: When dolphins dance through crystal clear seas you can’t help but feel they live in paradise. I was so lucky to be joined by a playful dolphin on a local dive and the beautiful memory has stayed with me and informed the basis of this piece. I love using dots and swirls of colour to recreate the feeling of being underwater. There are lots of delicious little details in this artwork that reflect the continual movement of the ocean.
